Up and coming R&B superstar (and current Baha’i superstar) Khalil Fong has his first album (with quotes from Baha’u'llah in the liner notes) out on Warner Music Hong Kong and was just, it appears, awarded a Silver award for being a ‘Best Male Newcomer’ to the HK music scene. Someone who reads more Chinese than I do will have to verify that last part but I can tell you that the CD (which is floating around my desk here somewhere, I swear) may be just the thing to turn me into a Chinese R&B believer.
