Ridvan celebrates Baha’u’llah’s time in 1863 in the garden of Ridvan in Baghdad when He publicly declared His station as a Manifestation of God. The Ridvan Festival is 12 days long and is also the time of year when Baha’is elect their governing bodies.
Baha’i Blog’s “Studio Sessions” is an initiative where we invite Baha’is and their friends from around the world to come into a studio and share the Baha’i Writings put to music.
In this Baha’i Blog Studio Session, we’re in Hluboka nad Vltavou, Czech Republic with Rachel Dupras, Ethan Crofts & Ilia Sclearenco who sing “Atom’s Heart” from “The Seven Valleys and the Four Valleys” where Baha’u’llah quotes various poets.
This song was filmed and recorded in Hluboka nad Vltavou, Czech Republic, December 2017.
Lyrics & Quote
Split the atom’s heart, and lo! Within it thou wilt find a sun
**
Dost thou reckon thyself only a puny form When within thee the universe is folded?
**
Cleanse thou the rheum from out thine head And breathe the breath of God instead.
**
In thy soul of love build thou a fire And burn all thoughts and words entire.
Baha’u’llah quoting various poets in ‘The Seven Valleys’
