Baha’i Blog’s “Studio Sessions” is an initiative where we invite Baha’is and their friends from around the world to come into a studio and share the Baha’i Writings put to music.

In this Baha’i Blog Studio Session, we’re in Tilburg, in the Netherlands with Sabria Schouten, Efe Adu, Rafael van der Hoeven and Maarten Noordzij who sing “De Heldere Stroom” in Dutch from the Writings of Baha’u’llah.

This song was filmed and recorded in Tilburg, in the Netherlands, November 2017.

Here is the quotation used for the lyrics below followed by the English translation and chords:

– Baha’u’llah

“O ye beloved of the Lord! Commit not that which defileth the limpid stream of love or destroyeth the sweet fragrance of friendship. By the righteousness of the Lord! Ye were created to show love one to another and not perversity and rancour. Take pride not in love for yourselves but in love for your fellow-creatures. Glory not in love for your country, but in love for all mankind.”

– Baha’u’llah

He is now studying Media in Melbourne Australia, and singing for his classmates. (he really does not sing that much)
