Ridvan celebrates Baha’u’llah’s time in 1863 in the garden of Ridvan in Baghdad when He publicly declared His station as a Manifestation of God. The Ridvan Festival is 12 days long and is also the time of year when Baha’is elect their governing bodies.
This video showcases the beauty of the resting place of Shoghi Effendi, Guardian of the Baha’i Faith, accompanied by the reading of a loving letter from the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of the United Kingdom. The letter details the significance of this sacred place, the recent renovations and enhancements to the site, and a warm invitation for all to come and pray and meditate there.
