Ridvan celebrates Baha’u’llah’s time in 1863 in the garden of Ridvan in Baghdad when He publicly declared His station as a Manifestation of God. The Ridvan Festival is 12 days long and is also the time of year when Baha’is elect their governing bodies.
Baha’i Blog interviews Baha’i-inspired music duo, Nabil & Karim!
The smooth RnB and Hip-Hop grooves of music duo Nabil & Karim were born when Nabil Moghaddam (a Persian-Canadian Baha’i who was raised in Portugal), and Karim Rushdy (an Egyptian-Irishman born in Haiti and raised in India and Canada) were studying audio production in Canada together, and with the encouragement of their local Baha’i community, they started working on putting the Baha’i Writings to music for community events.
This interview was filmed in Stratford, Canada in August, 2019.
