Ridvan celebrates Baha’u’llah’s time in 1863 in the garden of Ridvan in Baghdad when He publicly declared His station as a Manifestation of God. The Ridvan Festival is 12 days long and is also the time of year when Baha’is elect their governing bodies.
This video shares an in-depth interview with Brett Smith and Michael Dragoman who are members of the band, Smith and Dragoman.
In this video, they discuss the inspiration behind their music, including the stories found in The Dawn-Breakers. You can read about that historical tome here on Baha’i Blog: An Introduction to ‘The Dawn-Breakers: Nabil’s Narrative’
