February 1, 2022, in Audio > Podcasts, by

Ambassador to Humanity is a podcast series of nine episodes in honor of the centenary of the passing of Abdu’l-Baha. The podcast was produced by BahaiTeachings.org and it recounts the life and work of this unique figure in human history, celebrating His life, His legacy, and His enduring influence on humanity. It includes eyewitness accounts from those who encountered Abdu’l-Baha and commentary from those who have studied His life and example.

This episode of Ambassador to Humanity explores how Abdu’l-Baha consistently promoted the equality of the sexes as one of the fundamental teachings of the Baha’i Faith. In His writings, His father Baha’u’llah had unequivocally proclaimed the equality of women and men, and Abdu’l-Baha set out to describe the many implications of that equality in His own talks and correspondence.
