What Kind of World – Music from the 2022 World Conferences of Queensland

May 24, 2022, in Music > Community, by

Baha’i Blog is excited to share the song “What Kind of World” from “Music from the 2022 World Conferences of Queensland”.

“Music from the 2022 World Conferences of Queensland” is a collection of seven songs which were performed at the three major 2022 World Conferences which took place across Queensland, Australia (Cairns, Gold Coast, Brisbane), and have now been professionally filmed and recorded in a studio.

Here are the lyrics to the song:

What kind of world will it be, when there is no cruelty and there is no greed

I see a world full of light, where there is no soldiers and no one to fight

Every soul as one, working together till the battle is won

Chorus

There’s a place for you, there’s a place for me, each one a wave, each one a sea

If we raise our hands, if we turn our hearts, to Baha’u’llah

What kind of world would it be?

Verse 2

What kind of world will we see, when I preferreth my brother to me

It is all in our hands, to be of service to our fellow man

All beating with one heart and we’re gonna make it if we just make a start

Chorus

There’s a place for you, there’s a place for me, each one a wave, each one a sea

If we raise our hands, if we turn our hearts, to Baha’u’llah

What kind of world would it be?

Bridge

With every soul alight, each one burning bright

A world where we can be one humanity oh what king of world would be it be

Chorus

There’s a place for you, there’s a place for me, each one a wave, each one a sea

If we raise our hands, if we turn our hearts, to Baha’u’llah

What kind of world would it be?
