“Amame” is an a capella song shared by Elika Mahony and her daughter Amelia. It is sung in English and Spanish and shared in the hopes that others may learn it and sing it too.
The lyrics of the song are based on a passage from The Hidden Words by Baha’u’llah:
O Son of Being! Love Me, that I may love thee. If thou lovest Me not, My love can in no wise reach thee. Know this, O servant.
Oh Hijo del Ser! Amame, para que yo te ame. Si tu no Me amas, Mi amor jamas llegara a ti. Sabelo, Oh siervo.
