At some point in our lives, we all suffer from illnesses of the body or the mind and we face tests and difficulties. This collection highlights resources dedicated to physical and spiritual health and well-being, healing, resilience and overcoming challenges.
This year marks the centenary of the Baha’i Faith in Australia, and seeing as Baha’i Blog is based in Australia, coupled with the fact that we also just celebrated five years of our YouTube channel, we thought it was the perfect time to showcase all of the Baha’i Blog Studio Sessions we’ve filmed in Australia so far!
For those of you who don’t know, Baha’i Blog Studio Sessions is a musical initiative where we invite Baha’is and their friends in different parts of the world, to come into a recording studio and share the Baha’i Writings put to music. So far we’ve published over 270 songs from 40 global locations in 30 different languages, and we continue to publish new songs every week!
So far we’ve published 41 Studio Sessions from six locations in Australia: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Toowoomba, Perth, and the Gold Coast. I started the first recording session in Sydney. I did this because I had a lot of friends there, and I thought it would be a good place to start seeing how I could put the idea I had in my head into action, as it’s easier to work with friends when you’re not exactly sure what things could look like. The second recording session I did was in the Gold Coast, and in fact, it was this trip to the Gold Coast that inspired me to move there, and this is where I live now.
With all of these amazing Studio Sessions, and other initiatives like the Music inspired by the Heroes Teaching Conference, I must say that I am always blown away by all the musical talent in Australia, and I only wish we could capture more of it! In the meantime, sit back and enjoy these 41 Studio Sessions filmed in Australia so far, and a big thanks to all those who have helped make these happen!
Well, that concludes our list of Baha’i Blog Studio Sessions filmed in Australia so far, and we hope you continue to enjoy them!
Watch ALL of our Baha’i Blog Studio Sessions here on the Studio Sessions playlist, and a BIG THANK YOU again to EVERYONE who has helped make this possible!
