- Baha’is abstain from food and drink between sunrise and sunset for 19 days. While this abstention from food and drink is a test of one’s will and discipline, the Fast is not just about abstaining from food. The Fast is, primarily, a spiritual practice.
Baha’i Blog’s “Studio Sessions” is an initiative where we invite Baha’is and their friends from around the world to come into a studio and share the Baha’i Writings put to music.
In this Baha’i Blog Studio Session, we’re in Paris, France with Mathieu who sings “Qui hormis Dieu” from the Writings of the Bab in French.
This song was filmed and recorded in Paris, France, December 2017.
Lyrics & Quote
Qui, hormis Dieu, dissipe les difficultés ?The Bab
Dis : Loué soit Dieu ! Lui seul est Dieu !
Tous sont ses serviteurs et tous se soumettent à son commandement.
Is there any Remover of difficulties save God? Say: Praised be God! He is God! All are His servants, and all abide by His bidding! The Bab
