The Shrine of the Bab and its terraced gardens are located in Haifa, Israel, and the shrine is a holy place for Baha’is. The Bab was a prophet who told of the coming of Baha’u’llah, the prophet-founder of the Baha’i Faith, and the terraced gardens surround His resting place.
