In anticipation of this October’s 200th anniversary of the Birth of the Bab, Prophet-herald of the Baha’i Faith, the Baha’is of Ireland are releasing 19 short videos. In this video, the 11th in the series, we learn about how Nasiri’d-Din Shah was now on Persia’s throne and how was easily convinced that the Bab and His followers should be destroyed. We learn how Mulla Husayn, Quddus and many Babis successfully defended themselves at the Shrine of Shaykh Tabarsi.
You can find out more about the Bab here, and read selections from the Writings of the Bab here.
