June 18, 2023 will mark 40 years since 10 Baha’i women were hanged in Shiraz. Their only ‘crime’ was their refusal to renounce their beliefs in a faith that promotes the principles of gender equality, unity, justice, and truthfulness. This collection highlights Baha’i Blog content relating to the ongoing persecution of Baha’is in Iran.

Hope from Iran 3′ is the final film of the ‘Hope from Iran’ trilogy, and this time, filmmaker Flavio Azm Rassekh focuses on the unique story of two Iranian Baha’is who left Iran right after the Islamic Revolution to start a new life abroad. Their stories have a deep connection with the current situation in Iran today, and in the end, it all comes back together in a full circle.

Oh my word, this is a BRILLIANT piece of work! I love how Azm brings so many worthy themes to coherence through story & production, and with such high standard of elegant excellence! How deft yet powerful his underlying message within this trilogy! There can’t be too many superlatives. I am totally blown away.
