Naw-Ruz

  • Naw-Ruz marks the end of the 19-day Baha’i Fast, which is a period of reflection and profound spiritual reinvigoration, and the beginning of the Baha'i new year. Naw-Ruz is a celebration of a “spiritual springtime” that symbolizes both individual renewal and mankind’s revitalization.

Baha’i Blog’s Deck of Questions – Father’s Day Edition!

September 2, 2022, in Videos > Interview, by

To celebrate Father’s Day, Monib and Nick, friends, dads and Baha’is, living in Melbourne Australia, get together to reflect on fatherhood, life and what it all means.

This is our very first episode of “Deck of Questions” and we hope you enjoy it!

Nick and Monib tackle many topics as they chat: for example they discuss the role of fatherhood and what they say when talking with their children about death.

We have a few tributes to dads on Baha’i Blog such as when Naysan reflects on the attributes of his dad, Sirus Naraqi, and when Mariette Leong writes about the incredible services rendered by her father, Hand of the Cause Collis Featherstone.

(Big 💛 thanks to Nick and Monib, as well as fullstackfilms.com.au in Melbourne)
