- Abdu’l-Baha was the eldest son of Baha’u’llah. When Abdu’l-Baha passed away on 28 November 1921, He was eulogized as One who led humanity to the “Way of Truth,” as a “pillar of peace” and the embodiment of “glory and greatness.”
The House of Representatives of the Australian Federal Parliament held a 30-minute session on September 16, 2019, during which members congratulated the country’s Baha’i community on the bicentenary of the birth of the Bab. The comments followed a private member’s motion with cross-party support.
