Mind & Soul Matters is a podcast from a group of Baha’i friends in Perth, Australia. Through conversations with everyday people, the podcast aims to broaden our understanding of mental health and spirituality, and to deepen our insights into the challenges and meaning of our lives.
We wanted to learn more about the podcast so we interviewed its creators Maya Rose, Farah Feeney and Nasim Kasiri and learned how Mind & Soul Matters was launched in 2021 as a means of contributing to the public discourse around mental health.
In this episode, Graham Mabury, a long standing presenter on Radio 6PR and co-founder of LifeLine, candidly shares his personal struggles, as well as his insights and experiences on what contributes to living a good life. Graham is a Baptist Minister and has devoted his life to advocating for social justice and serving others, receiving numerous accolades for his service to humanity. He, however differentiates a life of “celebrity” from a life of “significance”, giving us practical tips and advice on paving our way towards a good life.
Mind & Soul Matters is available online and on all major podcasting platforms.
