This song was produced by the Edinburgh Sessions, a musical group based in Scotland. The group consists of friends and musicians who are inspired by the teachings of the Baha’i Faith, and their music is composed mostly to the Baha’i Writings. This song is based on the words of Baha’u’llah.
O BEFRIENDED STRANGER! The candle of thine heart is lighted by the hand of My power, quench it not with the contrary winds of self and passion. The healer of all thine ills is remembrance of Me, forget it not. Make My love thy treasure and cherish it even as thy very sight and life.

A real work of art – a delicate song with a Scottish lilt, accompanied by cello, guitar and harp – how wonderful! Was happy to see the lyrics displayed as well. We played this at our devotional this morning. Thank you Edinburgh Sessions and Baha’i Blog!
