- Baha’is abstain from food and drink between sunrise and sunset for 19 days. While this abstention from food and drink is a test of one’s will and discipline, the Fast is not just about abstaining from food. The Fast is, primarily, a spiritual practice.
Baha’i Blog Studio Sessions is an initiative where we invite Baha’is and their friends from around the world to come into a studio and share the Baha’i Writings put to music.
In this Baha’i Blog Studio Session, we’re in Brisbane, Australia with Gina Williams who sings “Threading Lights” based on the Writings of Abdu’l-Baha.
This song was filmed and recorded in Brisbane, Australia in August 2023.
