Weaving Paths – The Story of an Education That Sows Hope | FUNDAEC´s Anniversary Film

December 10, 2025, in Videos > Documentary, by

This 40 minute film was created and shared by FUNDAEC as part of its 50th anniversary celebration. The film was described in these words: “FUNDAEC has walked alongside communities that learn, teach, share, and cultivate hope through knowledge. Weaving Paths journeys through these living stories—where learning becomes an act of service and education becomes a vibrant thread connecting generations, regions, and aspirations.”

If you’d like to know more about FUNDAEC, I recommend checking out this panel discussion from the recent Association for Baha’i Studies conference where Dr. Haleh Arbab, Dr. Gustavo Correa, and Bradley Wilson reflect on the interplay between thought and action and the insights gained by FUNDAEC over its 50 years.

You might also be interested in this episode of the BWNS’s podcast series, “Insights from the Field”, where Leslie Stewart, Executive Director of FUNDAEC, speaks about some of that organization’s initiatives, particularly focusing on the areas of agriculture, food production, and distribution.

And last, but certainly not least, you might enjoy the video Sowing Life, which highlight’s FUNDAEC’s efforts towards environmental restoration. You can find Sowing Life, Weaving Paths and other resources on FUNDAEC’s YouTube channel.
