Baha’is believe in the power of prayer and you’ll find Baha’is and their friends, throughout the world, getting together to pray. This is often referred to as a ‘devotional gathering’ or ‘devotional meeting’, and they happen in diverse settings, whether in cities or villages.
In this talk titled ‘Exploring Spirituality’, shared in Victoria, Canada on 27 November, 2013, Dr. Hossain Danesh shares some personal reflections on the subject of spirituality.
Dr. Hossain Danesh was the Founder and President of the International Education for Peace Institute, and was a professor of Psychiatry (University of Ottawa) and Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution (Landegg International University), and the author of many articles and 11 books in his fields of specialization.
