Raising Awareness About Mental Health

National Mental Health Month is an initiative of the Mental Health Foundation Australia (MHFA) that runs every October. It aims to advocate for and promote better mental health across the country. This year Baha’i Blog is taking part by sharing articles, videos, interviews, and a new collection of Baha’i Blog content on the essential spiritual principles of health, healing and overcoming difficulties.
