Highlighting Australia
- As a proudly Australian initiative, we’re excited to showcase a collection of Australian stories, music, tributes and more.
Join activities, celebrations, study groups, spiritual empowerment and education programs for young people, and more.
Baha’i beliefs address essential spiritual themes for humanity’s collective and individual advancement. Learn more about these and more.
Here at Baha’i Blog, we take the images we use for our articles very seriously. Besides trying our best to choose the ‘right’ type of image for each of our articles, we always make sure that we’re using images that we have copyright permission to use. But it’s not always that easy. It can be especially hard to find certain images relating to the Baha’i Faith, and then when you do find them, you have to somehow find out who owns the image and try to seek permission from the copyright holder to use the image.
That’s why the team here at Baha’i Blog is super-excited about the Baha’i World Centre’s recent re-launch of the “Baha’i Media Bank”!
The Baha’i Media Bank is a part of Bahai.org, the official website of the Baha’i International Community, and it provides users with a wide range of images including photographs of historical figures, holy places, events and activities, Houses of Worship, and the Baha’i community in different parts of the world.
These images are all available for download free of charge, as long as they are used for non-commercial purposes. (Copyright and terms of use can be found on their Legal Information page.)
So whether you’re running a blog or creating an invite card for the next holy day celebration in your community and you need an image, we hope you find the Baha’i Media Bank a useful resource for your endeavours and are as excited about it as we are!

Hello naysan
Thank you for for all that you do to keep us informed.
I was wondering what your policy is in regard to advertising on your site/blog–to defer costs for your time?
Thank you
